Currently, we are looking for Product Marketing Manager to join the Promova team. The main goals of this role are to improve the conversion rate of web funnels (from click to purchase), directly impacting the business unit economics and create and scale new web funnels that bring incremental business growth.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

  • Generate, prioritize, implement, and measure the effectiveness of A/B/C tests across web funnels to increase user flow and conversion to key actions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and user needs to identify opportunities for new high-potential web funnels.
  • Collaborate closely with User Acquisition, Creative Marketing, Analytics, Development, and Design teams to rapidly and successfully run experiments that drive shared business goals.
  • Maintain and improve conversion rates in existing active funnels based on data-driven insights.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Growth Marketing Manager/ Product Marketing Manager/ Product Manager/ CRO Manager/ Marketing Specialist focused on funnels in web-based products or apps.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate hypotheses and conclusions based on data.
  • Experience running A/B/C tests.
  • Experience working with media buying teams.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Amplitude.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • A marketing mindset with curiosity about user psychology — what captures attention and drives action.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and business focus.

WILL BE A PLUS:

  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing web funnels for subscription-based products.
  • A proven track record of launching new funnels from scratch and achieving positive unit economics.
