Job description

Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within the banking operations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and presentations to review project statuses.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within project workflows.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and providing financial oversight.
  • Handle change requests and adjustments to project plans as necessary.
  • Perform project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to assess success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in banking project management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in banking.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects to completion.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services.
  • Certifications such as PMP or Agile methodologies are preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
