Lead interface design and development efforts, including data mapping, coding, and testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems. Troubleshoot complex interface issues and provide advanced support to internal and external clients
Design and maintain application integrations and APIs between enterprise systems, third-party platforms, and internal tools
Develop and support interfaces using middleware, ETL tools, web services, and other integration technologies, as well as the development and implementation of interface standards and best practices
Document integration specifications, data mappings, technical processes, and support procedures. Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows, ensuring performance, accuracy, and reliability
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployments related to interfaces and integrations
Support compliance, security, and data privacy requirements related to system communication and data handling
Design and develop custom reports to meet business requirements.
Provide mentorship and training to Integrations and Interface Analysts and other team members
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
