Position Summary: The Director of Technical Strategy and Delivery will focus on technical strategy and delivery as well as enterprise architecture. Will be responsible for aligning the company’s technology vision with its business goals, aligning the architecture to innovation, ensuring seamless technology delivery, and overseeing critical operational groups, including End User Support, Systems Administration and Engineering, Cloud Services, and Network Administration and Engineering.
Technical Strategy, Vision, and Competencies
Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to guide innovation and maintain competitive advantage
Enterprise Architecture
Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap to ensure scalability, security, and operational efficiency across all technology layers Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems and integrate cutting-edge technologies while maintaining alignment with business needs Establish and enforce technology standards, policies, and governance frameworks to drive consistency and quality
Technical Delivery
Oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of high-quality technology solutions across all business units Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of strategic projects and initiatives Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess the effectiveness of technology services and drive continuous improvement
Operational Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights on technology opportunities, risks, and investment priorities. Provide direct oversight to End User Support, Systems Administration and Engineering, Cloud Services, Network Administration and Engineering:
End User Support: Ensure end users receive world-class support for their technology needs, fostering a culture of service excellence.
Systems Administration and Engineering: Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and reliability of core systems and infrastructure.
Cloud Services: Lead cloud strategy and operations, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness of cloud-based solutions.
Network Administration and Engineering: Ensure the availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure to meet organizational demands.
Cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing culture within the technology organization
