工作职责
1. 结合全国RTM策略,实现区域RTM建设及落地,以推动各项生意指标达成:
-区域内城市&郊县客户开发拓展计划、执行与管理,引导销售完善分销网络
-区域内渠道覆盖建设与规划,支持区域大客户开发
2. 对洁净报表完成数据洞察并可以给出生意机会意见
3. 统筹区域资源,敏捷调配以推动客户开发、分销达成,确保生意计划在区域的完美执行
岗位要求
拥有至少5年快消行业一线销售工作经验, 其中有冷链食品行业相关管理/经销商管理经验者优先;
具有较好的内部沟通能力与影响力技巧;
数据导向,具备较强的业务分析,逻辑思维以及聚焦行业动态能力;
有一定的英语听说读写的能力;
本科学历及以上;
