Job description

Intetics, a leading global technology company specializing in custom software development, distributed professional teams, and digital solutions, is looking for a Functional SME for MS D365 Business Central to join our team.

This role is ideal for a skilled professional with expertise in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV). The specialist will work in the background, assisting with design, documentation, configuration, reporting, and debugging Business Central tickets/issues.

This is not a client-facing role but rather a support position ensuring smooth implementation and troubleshooting within Business Central.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain teams to understand business needs.
  • Perform design, documentation, configuration, and reporting within MS D365 Business Central.
  • Debug and resolve issues within Business Central.
  • Assist in delivering tickets and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to enhance system functionality.

Requirements


Requirements
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
  • Strong business background in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent English skills – both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to work 8 AM – 5 PM CST, MTN, or PST (no exceptions).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Business Central functional analysis.
  • Knowledge of reporting and configuration in Business Central.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Engagement Details
  • Part-time role (20 hours per week), with the possibility of increasing to 30 hours per week after one month.
  • Remote position – candidates outside the U.S. may be considered, provided they can work within the required U.S. time zones.
