Your tasks:

• Attracting new partners. Communicating, building long-term relationships;
• Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns;
• Be responsible for partners' budgets;
• Monitor partner activities and performance, including transaction checks (fraud risk, unusual activities);
• Participate in affiliate marketing online/offline events.

Your background:

• 2+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing;
• Deep understanding of the Dating and Sweepstakes verticals;
• Experience in building large affiliate networks;
• Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU);
• Upper-intermediate English level;
• Focus on results and strong ambitions for success.
