Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant (BPC)

Job Overview:
As a ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant (BPC), you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR processes within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. You will partner with HR teams, IT, and other key stakeholders to drive automation, process improvement, and streamline the delivery of HR services. You will leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to ensure that HR services are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
This role requires expertise in HR processes, strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, and a strategic mindset to enhance the employee experience through seamless HR service delivery.
  1. Certs needed:  CSA, CIS-HR.  
  2. HRSD BPC: Must feel comfortable leading workshops, writing stories, story refinement.   
Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization & Improvement:
  • Analyze and map current HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement using ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand pain points, needs, and areas for improvement, then translate these into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Redesign and optimize end-to-end HR workflows (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, offboarding, benefits, payroll) on the ServiceNow platform.
ServiceNow HRSD Implementation & Configuration:
  • Lead and support the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD, including configuring the platform to meet HR process requirements.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules (Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, etc.) to improve HR service delivery.
  • Work with the IT team to integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR and business systems to ensure seamless data flow.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between HR, IT, and other business units to align HRSD solutions with organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to define HR service delivery goals and translate them into system requirements within ServiceNow.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for HR teams to ensure the effective use of ServiceNow HRSD.
HR Data Management & Reporting:
  • Design and implement reporting and dashboards to track HR service performance, SLAs, and KPIs within ServiceNow.
  • Ensure data integrity and provide data-driven insights to leadership for process improvements.
  • Monitor and maintain system health, performing regular checks on HRSD modules and troubleshooting issues.
Change Management & Support:
  • Support the adoption of ServiceNow HRSD across the HR organization, driving change management efforts to encourage user engagement and successful implementation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve any issues related to HRSD configurations and workflows.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for enhancements and updates to the system.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current on ServiceNow HRSD updates, features, and best practices to ensure that the platform evolves with the needs of the business.
  • Advocate for innovation and implement new ServiceNow features or third-party integrations that can enhance HR service delivery.
  • Suggest process changes that improve the overall employee experience and reduce HR service delivery costs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD or implementing HR service delivery solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, including case management, employee self-service, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, including ServiceNow HRSD modules (e.g., Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center).
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, such as HCM, ITSM, or payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and business process redesign techniques.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ServiceNow platform tools.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and automation (e.g., Flow Designer, Business Rules).
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and its application to HR service management.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Experience in delivering change management and training for large-scale system implementations.
