Senior Quality Assurance

😎 What you’ll do

Lead and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans and cases for software projects.
Create and maintain testing documentation and provide actionable feedback, through the creation of bug tickets, to the development team.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members, promoting continuous improvement.
Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure software reliability and functionality.
Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in quality assurance.
Conduct performance and load testing to assess application scalability and stability.
Participate in stand-ups, sprint plannings, retrospectives, and demos with coworkers and clients.
Attend tech meetups, conferences and write blog posts.

✅ What you’ll need

3+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
Proficiency in manual testing and experience with test automation tools.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and Agile/Scrum.
Ability to lead a QA team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work full time from any of the time zones in the Americas.
