A surveillance agent job is to monitor a casino for irregular activities, such as cheating, theft, or other violations, and to ensure the safety of patrons and employees. Their responsibilities include: Monitoring Using video monitors, and audio equipment to observe the casino's interior and exterior Identifying issues Looking for suspicious activity, such as cheating at the tables, stealing, or disorderly conduct Reporting Notifying security staff and supervisors of any potential problems, in writing or verbally Assisting operations Helping with patron disputes or internal control issues. Ensuring compliance. Making sure the casino is following all state gaming regulations and company policies.
