The Organizational Change Manager supports the change management efforts of large system implementations across the United States. This role focuses on ensuring smooth transitions for government agencies and non-profits adopting new technology solutions. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, business process improvements, and alignment between project objectives and operational needs. Duties And Responsibilities
Lead change management initiatives for large technology transformation projects.
Develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs to enhance user adoption.
Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change readiness evaluations to identify risks and ensure smooth transitions.
Oversee project coordination and integration efforts, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and focus groups to support project analysis, design, and testing phases.
Act as a liaison between client agencies and solution providers, ensuring alignment of project deliverables with business objectives.
Provide regular status updates to agency officials, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contractual obligations, and industry best practices throughout project execution.
Support business process analysis and improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and technology adoption.
Supervise and provide guidance to project teams, ensuring all change management strategies are executed effectively.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight to project teams and key stakeholders to facilitate change adoption.
Address challenges, risks, and stakeholder concerns related to business process transformations and technology implementations.
Qualifications
Organizational Change Management Certification is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience with change management, business analysis, and technology transformation.
5+ years of facilitation experience with proven problem-solving capabilities and experience that includes budgetary responsibilities.
Ability to assess client situations. Identify needs, present concepts, develop specifications and recommendations, deliver solutions, and promote teamwork.
Extensive expertise in the use of change management methodologies such as ADKAR.
Valid Driver’s License with the ability to drive to the client sites.
