Position Summary

We’re seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships — including channel partners, technology integrations, resellers, and consultants — that drive revenue growth and product expansion.


Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute new partnership opportunities to expand our market reach and add value for our customers
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, onboarding, enablement, sales and ongoing relationship management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success to ensure successful partner outcomes
  • Co-create joint go-to-market strategies with partners, including campaigns, webinars, events, and co-branded materials
  • Track partnership performance using KPIs, reporting on impact, leads, and sales pipelines regularly
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Act as the internal advocate for partners, ensuring a seamless partner experience


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances—preferably in B2B SaaS, EdTech, and GovTech
  • Proven track record of creating and managing successful partnerships that resulted in measurable business outcomes
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Understanding of SaaS business models, APIs/integrations, and channel sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience working with partners in the education or public sector
  • Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce)
