LTS is seeking a Contract Administrator who is a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a dynamic environment. This position reports to the Director of Contracts. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for activities encompassing the entire procurement cycle, including but not limited to; negotiations of the terms and conditions related to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements, and Subcontracts; as well as preparation of solicitation packages, evaluation of subcontractor proposals, and closeout activities. This position is 100% remote.

Duties And Responsibilities
Work with contracts Director to Review and update existing contracts, simple amendments, statements of work (SOW) extensions using contract templates.
Review contract estimates, including proposed materials, cost to determine if reasonable.
Write subcontracts, contract letters and other communications and notices.
Create regular status reports regarding progress on projects.
Assist with maintaining and organizing records.
Ability to work in a cross-functional capacity with internal clients/co-workers/departments in a fast-paced environment.
Assists with developing contract proposals to support organizational goals.
Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date.
Assists with negotiating and approval of contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget.
Attend meetings to assess progress on projects which are in motion and take detailed notes to share with stakeholders.
Create regular status reports regarding progress on projects.
Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
Administering subcontracts in accordance with FAR and DFARS requirements.
Identifying and resolving moderate issues and problems on assigned subcontracts, while also providing recommendations to management.
Performing subcontract close-out activities.
Regularly interacting with program management, contracts, project control, finance, business development and with customers as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, or related field is required.
2-5+ years of experience in a related field is required.
Experience with the Federal Government reporting requirements and timelines.
Experience reviewing/negotiating contractual agreements (Non-disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Contracts, Subcontracts, or other documents).
Knowledge of FAR and DFARS federal contracting regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and complete work assignments within tight deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Familiarity with accounting procedures.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
