Your role, your impact
As a Senior Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM Project Manager, you will provide expertise required to effectively implement and deliver Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM solutions to our clients, including the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM modules.
Your day-to-day
Manage the coordination of partners and working groups engaged in the project;
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan using Smartsheet;
Meet with team members on a biweekly basis to forecast hours;
Ensure the continuous management of the budget to actuals and forecast to completion;
Manage project deliverables in line with the statement of work;
Record and manage project issues and escalate them to the architecture advisor, where necessary;
Monitor project progress and performance;
Maintain a cooperative, motivated and successful team;
Act as a liaison with the project steering committee and provide progress updates;
Manage project evaluation and dissemination activities;
Manage consultancy input within the defined budget;
Work closely with the client’s project manager and key users to ensure the project meets business needs.
Keys to your success
Bachelor’s degree or higher;
Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP project management;
Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations;
Experience with flexible, innovative, and fast-paced work environment;
Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with senior and executive-level management, and influence outcomes.
