Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Lead Consultant, Master Data, you will provide domain, functional and technical expertise required to effectively design and implement supply chain solutions on Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain. You will focus on Master Data, including Items and Suppliers, while also leveraging your functional knowledge of related modules such as Inventory Management and the Procurement suite.

Your day-to-day

  • Provide functional expertise on projects and initiatives involving the Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain modules of Inventory Management and Procurement, as well as their integration with other internal and external boundary applications, by owning and delivering the configuration and conversion of Master Data;
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the interactions of the responsible modules with related SCM modules and areas, such as Inventory Management, Procurement, and Cost Management;
  • Work with the client’s Supply Chain functions to capture and map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality;
  • Identify gaps and advise clients on options, risks, and value propositions, based on nuances of Oracle Supply Chain products and best practices;
  • Be accountable for the generation and accuracy of the requirements document, the Oracle Cloud configuration, and the conversion and cutover activities pertaining to Master Data, including Items and Suppliers;
  • Ensure that all capabilities delivered align with original business objectives, application service levels, IT strategies, and design intent;
  • Organize and facilitate functional design sessions with business users from multiple geographical regions and functional areas;
  • Integrate requirements from multiple design sessions and teams into the Cloud ERP system design;
  • Develop use and test cases to test the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP, and participate in the execution of such test cases;
  • Provide support to the testing team and end users during the various test cycles, and remediate and/or dispose of test case failures or anomalies;
  • Align departmental policies and procedures with Cloud ERP system processes, policies, and procedures in the solution implementation;
  • Support project execution methodology, report on project progress, and identify and manage issues to closure.

Keys to your success

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  • 8 to 10 years of experience with Oracle ERP implementations;
  • Experience with multiple Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations, including the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, preferably with Inventory;
  • Experience with data conversion and migrations of Master Data into Cloud applications;
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Inventory and Procurement applications, system development methodology, project management and system architecture;
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Superior communication skills (written, spoken and presentation), with the ability to communicate and interact with senior and executive-level management and influence outcomes.

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a daily basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
