Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate, driven and entrepreneurial individual to join as a key member of Radial’s Procurement team. As Procurement Excellence Manager, you will lead initiatives to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic impact of the procurement function. You will focus on developing and implementing best practices, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. You will report directly to the Head of Procurement. This role is fully remote but requires occasional travel to Radial headquarters in King of Prussia and Radial sites across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Implement procurement best practices and analyze existing processes to recommend improvements, including preparing training material for the procurement team and the organization.
  • Develop and document procurement processes, policies and workflows (e.g. new vendor intake process, guided buying portal, contract signing processes), in collaboration with bpostgroup.
  • Implement and maintain procurement technology and systems (e.g. contract management platform, e-procurement platforms, vendor scorecards).
  • Maintain and improve the procurement value tracking dashboard to track and report procurement team KPIs.
  • Drive the implementation of vendor scorecards for key vendors across all categories and recommend improvements to the tool and process.
  • Prepare spend data periodically for use by category managers and for reporting to bpostgroup.
  • Support category managers in developing project plans, standardized deliverables and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with bpostgroup on knowledge sharing and on group-wide policies and processes.
  • Research advancements in procurement systems and explore their use cases at organization.
  • Travel: You will be required to travel 15% of the time, mostly to locations in North America and occasionally to Europe.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field is required.
  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement, category management, strategic sourcing or related roles in large enterprises.
  • Strong experience in developing and implementing procurement processes, tools and policies.
  • Strong project management skills with proven record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven record of driving change and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem solving skills with proven record of autonomously delivering results.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Travel

  • This position is remote.
  • Travel is required domestically 15%.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Must be available for additional hours as needed.
