Position:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives focused on brand positioning, student recruitment, and digital engagement for domestic students in Italy. This role is critical in creating and executing marketing campaigns that enhance our brand presence, optimize lead generation, and drive enrollment growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Italian education market, a strong background in digital marketing, and the ability to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with prospective students
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and student engagement in Italy.
Position the brand effectively to attract and retain domestic students, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
Leverage both digital and traditional marketing channels to strengthen brand presence in the higher education sector.
Strategic Marketing & Branding:
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Manage website content and user experience to optimize conversion rates.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact
Content & Communication:
Develop compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging materials for student recruitment and retention.
Manage CRM tools to nurture leads and improve engagement.
Market Research & Insights:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Utilize data analytics to re�ine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with admissions, academic, and international teams to align marketing strategies.
Manage relationships with external agencies and partners
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in higher education.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM systems, and content management tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Experience And Qualifications
Proven track record in B2C student recruitment with a strong focus on direct sales and conversion.
Experience managing a team of 10+ advisors in a high-performance, sales-driven environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive results.
Deep understanding of student recruitment across EMEA and Canada, with insight into key market trends.
Expertise in CRM systems, digital marketing, and data-driven sales strategies
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or professional training in recruitment, business, or related fields is an advantage
