Job Description
The Logistics Administrative Associate acts as a key liaison between general management and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience for internal and external customers. Provides administrative and logistics support, including transportation management, scheduling, customer service and coordination of operational processes.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Manage and coordinate general administration schedules.
Organize and coordinate travel, including expense reports and visa/passport requirements.
Draft correspondence, memos, reports and presentations.
Maintain security and confidentiality of administrative files and documents.
Submit periodic reports and ensure compliance with activities within budget.
Coordinate and attend meetings, including preparation and distribution of minutes.
Act as a support resource for less experienced colleagues.
Manage and execute domestic transportation from the SLP Distribution Center.
Track outbound transportation to domestic distributors on a daily basis.
Ensure proper coordination of local transportation between warehouses and plants to ensure on-time delivery.
Contribute to the positive perception of customer service level.
Interact mainly with the following areas: Materials, Warehouse, COM, Planning and Planning.
Qualifications
Education:
High School, TSU, Technical Career, recent graduate.
Responsibilities
