Job description

Ready to take the helm as a Paid Search Specialist and drive significant impact in the realm of lead generation? Join this UK-based agency, where innovation meets ambition in the dynamic performance marketing landscape. They focus on delivering top-tier client acquisition solutions for clients and set themselves apart by delving deep into their businesses.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO

In your role as a Paid Search Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing the performance of different B2B clients and creating strategies to continuously grow them. Part of the fun is seeing the numbers roll in and keeping track of data, then creating reports to share with the clients. From strategic calls, campaign planning, and budget management, all the way to launching and optimising these very same campaigns, you’ll have the freedom to put your expertise towards scaling several different clients.

This is a fully remote contractor role.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Develop yourself as a Paid Media Specialist with growth opportunities within the company and working with a diverse portfolio of clients
  • A fully remote work environment with the possibility to visit the office in Bournemouth to meet the team in the future
  • 28 days paid holidays plus bank holidays so you can spend some time with your friends or family, or simply relax and work on your hobbies
  • Continued learning opportunities by having access to training and a network of specialists to help continue your growth

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Drive lead generation and conversion growth by creating, managing, and continuously optimizing high-performing Google Ads campaigns
  • Improve campaign performance by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven optimizations to increase CTR, lower CPA, and maximize ROAS
  • Enhance client satisfaction and retention by collaborating closely with clients to align Google Ads strategies with their business objectives, delivering measurable results
  • Maximize ROI on ad spend by strategically managing budgets, allocating resources to top-performing campaigns, and scaling successful initiatives
  • Maintain a competitive edge by staying ahead of industry trends, adopting new Google Ads features, and applying best practices to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure transparency and client trust by delivering clear, insightful reports on KPIs (e.g., conversions, cost per lead, ROAS) and demonstrating campaign success
  • Contribute to overall marketing success by participating in strategic planning, ensuring Google Ads efforts align with and support broader marketing and business goals

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, working with Search, Display, YouTube and PMAX campaigns
  • You have strong experience working in an advertising agency and working with clients from the B2B industry
  • You have a strong understanding of other paid media channels such as Meta
  • You have experience with client communication and know how to build long-lasting relationships with them
  • You have t-shaped marketing knowledge, understanding different areas of the marketing funnel
  • You have the drive to consistently improve yourself, and actively spend your time reading about new trends, industry changes, and best practices
  • You are detail-oriented & love analyzing and tracking data
  • You are a self-starter and are able to motivate yourself without others’ guidance
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal

The starting salary range for this role is £30k - £40k per annum.
