Job Summary:

This position will assist senior CSR’s with the assigned book of business, renewal process, preparation of proposals and account summaries, enter client activity in the agency system.

Responsibilities

  • Renewal process, preparation of proposals and account summaries, data entry of client activity in the agency system.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion in important matters.
  • Meet with clients as needed.          
  • Receive and responds to all calls, faxes, emails and mail in a timely manner.
  • Organize and prioritize workflow.  Process certificates, policies, endorsements and other related items; verify accuracy and forward to the client with appropriate correspondence.

  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, required.
  • High attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact with diverse personalities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • EPIC experience is a plus!
