Doa Operational Expert

We are looking for a DOA Operational Expert to join our team.

Job Mission: Monitor and ensure that the Group DOA is applied accurately and consistently in the EE Systems for designated flows.

The activity is SOX/Internal control relevant.

Responsibilities: Provide support to Requester/DOA Champions in DOA matrix change requests.

Access the email box/WF tool for pending change requests for checking the correctness (e.g., check the correct filling of the form).

Approve in the WF tool the change requests to move them to the next step (change implementation into the system by BCOE).

For mass changes, prepare DOA-compliant change requests and submit them through the WF tool to BCOE team.

Once received the closing feedback, update the DOA Excel matrix.

Perform periodic compliance checks on the DOA matrix based on RPA results that match the Excel matrix with the SAP one, highlighting any discrepancies.

Ensure the archiving and versioning of the DOA Excel matrices for audit purposes.

Interactions with Other Areas: Entry point for Requester/DOA Champions.

Entry point for DOA HR Supports.

Entry point for ICT questions related to DOA.

Collaboration with other colleagues of the DOA operational office, with BCOE, and with the DOA project team.

Impact of the Job: The correctness of the DOA Matrix and workflow is critical for: Raising Group Purchase Requests and Non-PO invoice payments for EE.

SOX/internal control compliance.

Contract Details: Freelancer contract, rate in USD, project part-time, 100% remote.
