Responsibilities

• Built incredible user experiences that are inclusive & accessible to all users, intuitive and a pleasure to use, and help users complete their work quickly and efficiently.
• Partner closely with dependent teams across engineering to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Work alongside the Web and Backend teams to make sure APIs/Services are available on Mobile, despite connectivity issues of mobile networks.
• Use your technical know how during discovery phase of projects to come up with technical feasibility, high level design and potential pitfalls.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.
• Identify gaps in knowledge, tools, and process and work with your manager & PM to address those.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Minimun Qualifications

• Android developer with 4+ years of experience
• React Native with 2+ year of experience
• Understanding of Mobile Apps/web design principles and interface guidelines.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  
  
  

Prefered Qualifications

• Hands on experience leading engineering teams - champion best practices, break down complex problems, mentor engineers.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills.
