$140-$150k plus super plus bonus

About Our Client

We are partnering with a well known ASX listed business and leader in its industry that are seeking a Group Finance Manager to join their team. The organisation provides an excellent culture for its employees to excel in their role while being a part of a highly regarded finance team.

In this role, the Group Finance Manager will be focused on technical accounting and provide guidance and support to the wider team on complex accounting matters. They will also assist the wider group reporting team with statutory reporting to ensure timely completion deadlines.

Job Description

Provide technical accounting guidance to ensure accurate implementation.
Prepare technical accounting papers and deliver sound judgments on unique issues.
Support half-year and year-end statutory reporting, including complex disclosures.
Liaise with external auditors.
Drive process improvement and elevate financial reporting across the group.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and use your expertise in technical accounting and external reporting to address issues and implement process improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

CA/CPA qualified with atleast 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong technical accounting ability and understanding of financial reporting standards.
Big 4 experience highly regarded.
Experience auditing large complex clients or relevant industry experience in an ASX Group function.
Passion for technical and statutory reporting and high attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
