Job Description
As a Senior Financial Controller, you will be responsible for financial reporting and process improvements within an international, multi-entity environment. You will work closely with the Finance Director and other team members to implement best practices.
Responsibilities
Ensure accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting
Reconcile intercompany transactions, including transfer pricing
Manage key accounting entries and maintain chart of accounts
Prepare and present consolidated Annual Accounts
Liaise with external tax advisors and auditors
Develop and document financial reporting policies
Improve month-end closing processes and internal controls
Configure financial systems to align with reporting standards
Standardize accounts payable workflows
Experience with Dutch GAAP is a pré
The Successful Applicant
10+ years of accounting experience, ideally within Big Four or listed companies
Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent
Strong process implementation and coordination skills
Experience with system migrations and financial system configurations
Proven track record in external audits from start to finish
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
