Job Description Summary

The Regional HPM (HealthCare Project Management) Director is responsible for delivering Project Management & installation execution excellence, high level of customer experience and enabling revenue execution to plan. You will be responsible for creating and delivering an industry leading customer experience and a clear competitive advantage. You will develop and lead a team of Project Managers while driving implementation of project management & installation processes ensuring timely and quality installations. The role will drive cross-functional engagement to ensure that equipment installations are delivering best of its services in delighting the customer. You can be located in: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines or Thailand

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead HPM (HealthCare Project Management) teams in ASEAN, Korea & ANZ (AKA) Zones to deliver excellence in “wing to wing” project management including site design/construction, equipment delivery and installation activities.
  • Deliver best in class customer experience in Imaging products ( MR/PET/CT/Cathlabs/Cyclotron ) projects through project planning, technical site design & execution, coordinating activities across supply chain, external partners, service/install team, and application teams to make equipment functional within committed projected timelines.
  • Develop and coach HPM team to build technical competency and manage capacity utilization.
  • Ensure team adheres to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines, quality, regulatory and controllership requirements including timely completion of trainings.
  • Setting up goals and metrics for project & install teams, define processes, manage operational performance through effective Op Mechs and leadership.
  • Collaborate with commercial, supply chain & customer projects teams to ensure predictable projection timelines driving forecast accuracy and Revenue forecast for Imaging products.

Quality Specific Goals

  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 15+ years working in Healthcare Industry with solid experience in project management / Installation / service function having people management, project execution and customer handling experiences.
  • Experienced in site planning role at both designing and execution in Healthcare environment
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of project scheduling & execution
  • Solution-oriented approach with customer focus
  • Commitment to quality and cost reduction in projects.
  • Technical background: knowledge in electricity, mechanics, physics, civil works, building trade, CAD.
  • Problem solving expertise
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
