What You'll Do At Pega
Lead, Inspire & Empower your team to reach their full potential by listening, empowering, and driving accountability through empathetic leadership. Foster a collaborative, high-trust culture of top achievers, emphasizing OnePega sales engagement and a strong learning environment.
Drive Sales Strategy - Set sales targets and ensure pipeline and forecast accuracy. Demonstrate operational cadence and engage meaningfully with C-level executives to create value, drive commercial outcomes, and identify significant upselling opportunities
Implement Strategic Partnerships: Develop and execute a Sell-With and Sell-To strategy by leveraging top SIs, MSPs, and consulting firms in the DACH region
Hire, train, and coach new and existingSales Executive team members to master the MEDDPICC Sales methodology, develop compelling territory plans, integrating the best of Pega’s internal ecosystem (marketing, inside sales, legal, presales, etc.) for successful deal realization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build effective working relationships with cross-functional GTM teams, including Solution Consulting, Delivery Services, Marketing, our Partner community, and the Pega Sales executive team.

What You've Accomplished
- BA/BS/Masters or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of industry-related sales experience, including 5+ years of experience in sales management (minimum)
- Business or fluent Swedish & English expected.
- Enterprise SAAS and/or complex software transformation solution sales background
- Strong listening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ideally thought leadership on Cloud Modernization and AI Transformation.
