What is The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and strategic Recruiting Sourcer to join our Go To Market Talent Acquisition team, with a focus on supporting hiring across the AMER and US Public Sector portions of our business. In this role, you’ll be the front line of our recruiting efforts—building diverse talent pipelines, identifying high-quality candidates, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first touchpoint.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making significant connections. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to help shape the future of our Field Operations teams.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive talent through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for AMER and USPS Field Operations roles, ensuring a steady stream of qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to assess interest, fit, and alignment with our values and business needs.
  • Manage candidate data and pipeline activity within our ATS and sourcing tools with accuracy and integrity.
  • Track and share sourcing metrics and performance data regularly to ensure continued success and improvement.
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by actively sourcing from underrepresented talent pools.
What You Bring
    • 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced tech or operations environment.
    • Experience supporting Field Operations or technical roles across the AMER region.
    • Familiarity with USPS or similar public sector/government roles is a strong plus.
    • Proven ability to identify and engage top talent through creative sourcing strategies.
    • Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, ATS systems like Greenhouse or similar).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organized and self-motivated with a passion for delivering a phenomenal candidate experience.
    • A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
