To contribute to the achievement of the Group’s strategic goals by partnering with Telix leadership on all People & Culture (P&C) activities and functions in the Americas region including Px, Tx and TMS to enable the delivery of the region.
The Manager, People & Culture will serve as a strategic advisor to Telix and RLS leadership as well as the P&C generalist. This role is pivotal in aligning People & Culture strategies with business objectives, particularly in the context of ongoing acquisitions and a broad therapeutic and diagnostic pipeline. The incumbent will oversee a team of P&C Generalists, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive P&C services that support organizational growth and integration.
