As we grow, it is crucial for our internal teams to have immediate access to information required to support our customers throughout their lifecycle with ClickUp. ClickUp is a highly customizable product used by a vast array of customers, so having quick access to our common configurations and workflows, and a streamlined communication channel for unique customer needs, we can ensure our customers have the information they need at any phase.
 
This role entails developing and being the first member of a new role for the ClickUp Solutions Center of Excellence. The Center of Excellence will provide product knowledge and best practices to a variety of teams including sales, services, customer enablement, customer success and customer support. The goal of this role and team is to define and/or gather best practices on how to solve business problems with ClickUp configuration solutions. You'll work with teams across the company, to gather solutions and use that information to document and package solutions that are reusable for others.
 
The Role:
  • Create and maintain our best practice templated solutions supporting the best customer experience.
  • Build templated solutions that meet customers where they are at in their ClickUp journey. Including differing levels of complexity from basic to advanced solutions.
  • Build self service template guides with both written and animated GIF content. Make recommendations to build guided experiences for where our Growth partners can incorporate click-thru experiences to orient users to the primary points of each solution.
  • Dig deep in each use case to fully understand customer requirements and create best solutions utilizing ClickUp, or partner with other teams to build solutions.
  • Work with our Customer Enablement team to document and advocate solutions with our customers.
  • Build strong relationships with the Growth and Product teams on special projects by building solutions they can use.
  • Have a strong understanding and point of view on prospect and customer use cases. Adapt the solutions you build to best meet their needs.
  • Iterate these solutions to lead to the best prospect and customer outcomes.
  • Work with ClickUp's Technical Product Consulting team to scope integrations, where appropriate.
  • Maintain the ClickUp template center for all community templates that customers can leverage. Work with Product Team to incorporate these templates into the product and the Customer Enablement on documenting how to use them.
  • Partner with Growth on special projects to provide solutions facilitating the new user experience and underlying content for SEO
  • Conduct recurring meeting with various teams to share product related information and solicit feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Strong problem solving skills, with heavy emphasis of thinking OUTSIDE of the box. We're looking for someone who has CREATIVITY in your DNA, to leverage the power of ClickUp to new heights!
  • Deep understanding and prior experience with customer use cases of ClickUp or other PPM or Collaborative Work Mgmt tools, such as: Monday, Asana, Jira, Wrike, Notion, Planview, Clarizen, Smartsheet, etc. Most common use cases include IT, Project Management, PMO, Sales/CRM, Marketing/Creative, and Engineering/Product Development.
  • Ability to learn diverse use cases and industries, and build solutions to meet their needs.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS building customer facing solutions.
  • Strong project management skills to keep projects on-track and manage unique flows.
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing new technology for medium and large organizations.
  • Ability to capture detailed solution requirements and build relevant and easy to use solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
 
Bonus Points If You Also Have:
  • Experience with ClickUp is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS, PPM software, or collaborative work management (CWM) tools such as Monday, Wrike, Asana, Smartsheet, Mavenlink, Workfront, etc.
  • Experience with relevant enterprise solutions such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.
  • Experience with workflow automation or integration tools, such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), Workato, etc.
