We are looking for a highly-motivated Director of Recruiting with a proven track record of delivering an organization’s hiring strategy, while leading a team of high-performing recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and dedicated to delivering a world-class candidate experience. This role serves as a strategic recruiting partner to the entire organization and is responsible for all recruiting operations. The Director of Recruiting will report to the Chief People Officer. The right person thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a strong point of view on recruiting best practices, and knows how to tell a compelling story to top talent.
