About Pavago:

Pavago is seeking a proactive Sales recruiter to join a client’s team. This role will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Source and engage candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Create and post compelling job descriptions tailored to target markets. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Hiring Process Management: Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear evaluation summaries. Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
  • ATS Implementation & Optimization: Select, implement, and manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports to improve hiring strategies. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline strength).
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with HR Managers, Regional Managers, and hiring teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals. Ensure timely, transparent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Experience with ATS tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and high-volume recruitment efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and act on recruitment metrics.
  • Proficient in remote recruitment tools and video conferencing platforms.

Interview Process:

  • Initial Phone Call: A quick discussion to understand your experience and qualifications.
  • Video Interview: A more in-depth conversation about your skills, approach to patient coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Final Interview: A comprehensive discussion with the hiring team to ensure a mutual fit.
  • Background Check: Verification of experience and references.
