Job description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Finance & Treasury Officer to lead the financial strategy and treasury functions of a leading organization in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning the company’s financial operations with its strategic goals, ensuring optimal financial health and liquidity.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will collaborate closely with other senior leaders to drive financial performance and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow and maximize returns.
  • Oversee the treasury function, including cash management, banking relationships, and investment strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to executive management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage risk assessment and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of treasury management, financial markets, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred (Advantageous)

  • Experience in the real estate sector.
  • CFA or similar certification is a plus.
