Job Description:
Looking for a highly experienced senior leader with prior experience of standing up a Program Office and Leading it for large scale Cloud Migration or technology transformation program, preferably in healthcare. This individual will step in and take over the EPMO Lead role for an in-flight enterprise cloud migration program with the milestones committed for 2025 delivery. Prior experience planning, organizing, structuring and leading large scale technology programs in a highly matrixed and multi-vendor environment is a must.
Required Skills:
1. Large scale, enterprise technology program management experience to manage schedule work effort, risk, dependencies, financials across 30+ cloud migrations planned for next 9-12 months by multiple SVP vendors
2. Strong communication skills (spoken, written, PPT) with prior experience for creating and presenting periodic updates to SLT
3. Must have familiarity with cloud infrastructure ecosystem; cloud migrations experience will be a BIG plus
4. Experience with Agile delivery and strong familiarity with using Rally to support Agile life cycle is highly, highly desired
5. Able to step in an existing in-flight program and come up to speed quickly
Must-have requirements:
Exceptionally strong proficiency in creating executive-facing PowerPoint communications
Strong communication skills with ability to succinctly tailor, refine messaging and present program updates to different stakeholders with appropriate granularity. Most of these communications will be PoerPoints
Proficient at Excel data analysis skills to manage the financials, burn rate, etc.
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-pace work environment with agility to continuously adapt to shifting priorities and adapt the PMO processes as needed
Desired skills:
Provide strategic leadership and vision for Enterprise Architecture, aligning technology with business objectives
Develop and execute comprehensive roadmap for solution architecture
Additional notes:
Preferably no planned PTO within the next 2-3 months
Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $85- $100
