Job Overview:

We are actively seeking a ERP Technical Business Analyst to join our NetSuite team. This role requires hands-on experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP, particularly within the context of Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the NetSuite team to provide technical analysis, ensuring ERP systems effectively support manufacturing operations.
• Leverage ERP expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues while enhancing system functionalities.
• Assist in the optimization and improvement of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and manufacturing needs.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team on ERP-related matters.
• Perform onsite work a few days a week, and for candidates residing farther away, up to one week per month.
• Collaborate with the fulfillment team on improvements within warehouse data management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in ERP systems, specifically NetSuite or SAP, with a focus on manufacturing operations.
• Understanding of technical business analysis in the context of ERP systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to be onsite at least a few days a week, or one week per month, depending on proximity to Decorah, Iowa.
• Prior work experience within a Manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with both technical and business aspects of ERP systems.
• Previous exposure to NetSuite or SAP configurations and troubleshooting.
