Job description

Our mission is to improve health equity by expanding access to cancer precision medicine.

Trial Library, Inc. is a venture-backed startup founded in 2022 on a mission to advance equity in oncology clinical trials.

We are a diverse team of experts who believe that health equity starts with patient and provider empowerment. We believe that inequities in clinical trial access need to be addressed creatively and intentionally. We believe that inclusive research environments can answer questions that improve health outcomes for all, not just the few who participate in clinical trials. We believe in the power of technology to disseminate high quality health information about clinical trials sustainably. We believe in the power of representation in online health communication.

We’re looking for a Contract Marketing Manager to take the lead on multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, paid advertising, social media, and content strategy with a strong focus on engaging healthcare providers. This person will work cross-collaboratively to manage sponsor-facing and provider-facing communications, increase platform engagement, and support go-to-market efforts for partnerships and products. This is a part-time, contract-based role (20 hrs/week) for 3-6 months with potential for contract extension or conversion to FTE.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media (LinkedIn, Google, etc.), and social platforms
  • Drive content creation for marketing efforts
  • Develop, manage and optimize our biweekly provider email campaigns and newsletters
  • Collaborate with our design lead to produce marketing assets including social posts, carousels, video clips, and one-pagers
  • Manage agency in launching paid campaigns promoting our Trial Search Platform
  • Coordinate testimonials, case studies, and subject matter expert spotlight series with providers and internal teams
  • Maintain performance metrics across platforms and recommend improvements based on data
  • Collaborate with business development and clinical teams to ensure aligned messaging across stakeholders
  • Plan all marketing materials for conferences
  • Stay on top of trends in oncology clinical trials and digital marketing to inform strategy

  • Your Qualifications
  • Required prior direct experience marketing to healthcare providers, specifically in oncology
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in digital, growth, or product marketing roles
  • Proven ability to run email campaigns and paid ads (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) end to end
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to translate complex topics into compelling content
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects on a contract basis
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Constant Contact, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Our Core Values

    1. Ally is our favorite moniker
    2. The most inclusive approach is worth the work
    3. Celebrate measurable improvements in equity outcomes
    4. Fearless advocates for diversity
    5. Incentives matter to stakeholders choosing our products
