Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
+2 years of experience in sales recruitment, with a strong track record of placing high-performing professionals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
