QA Automation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will define and implement robust testing practices, contributing to consistent and scalable QA strategies across engineering teams.

This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in México or anywhere in LATAM. 📍
Project duration: 6 months. 📆

Requirements  

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role. 🧠
• Proven experience designing unit testing strategies and framework. 🛠️
• Strong experience with UI test automation and building reusable templates. 🧪
• Solid knowledge of integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. 🔄
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and practices. 📈
• Experience consolidating test metrics (Unit, API, UI, Manual), 📊
• Advanced English communication skills. 💬

• Define and implement unit testing and UI automation strategie.🏗️
• Build reusable UI automation frameworks and GitHub-hosted templates. 🧱
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. 🚀
• Centralize and document testing metrics and processes. 📊
• Ensure long-term maintainability through detailed documentation. 📚

Education

• Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
