Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support our healthcare client in Texas. This is a direct hire, primarily remote position, with occasional onsite travel required. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Epic PB workflows and a track record of successfully configuring and supporting billing solutions that drive revenue cycle efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) applications to support front-end and back-end revenue cycle processes.
Collaborate with revenue cycle leaders, billing teams, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement optimized billing workflows.
Support functionalities including charge entry, claim processing, remittance posting, workqueues, and reporting.
Troubleshoot application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely and effective resolution.
Participate in upgrades, testing cycles, go-lives, and ongoing system enhancements.
Document and maintain build specifications, configuration standards, and support protocols.
Ensure billing configurations support compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of relevant professional experience in healthcare billing or IT will be considered.
At least 4-5 years of experience supporting Epic Resolute PB in a healthcare environment.
Strong understanding of professional billing workflows, revenue cycle operations, and payer regulations.
Proven experience in implementing and optimizing billing systems within a complex health system or multi-specialty environment.
