Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, 1 hour unpaid break, Singapore Time

Paid hours per week: 40 hours

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our remote team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine traditional bookkeeping responsibilities with broader administrative duties, providing valuable exposure to multiple aspects of sports business operations. You’ll work in a supportive environment where accuracy meets efficiency, and your contributions will directly impact the organization’s smooth operation.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Process and record financial transactions
  • Assist with monthly reconciliations and reporting
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Support general administrative functions
  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Proven bookkeeping experience and knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
