Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 40 paid hours per week; Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Loveland, Colorado, USA, Mountain Time with one hour unpaid break (8 hours per day)

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented AR/AP Bookkeeper to join our growing financial team. In this role, you’ll manage crucial financial operations across multiple brands, including consumer products and B2B services. You’ll work directly with our US-based team, handling various aspects of financial management while supporting our expanding business operations. This position offers excellent growth potential and the opportunity to develop comprehensive bookkeeping expertise in a modern, multi-faceted food industry environment.


Responsibilities
  • Process and manage accounts receivable and payable transactions across multiple brands
  • Perform regular account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Handle data entry and documentation for various financial transactions
  • Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks for both B2C and B2B operations
  • Maintain organized digital financial records and documentation
  • Collaborate with US-based team members on financial processes

Requirements
  • Proven bookkeeping experience with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work US Mountain Time zone hours
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with multi-company financial operations preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
