What you will be doing
We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team to provide Maternity Cover. Responsibilities will include the onboarding, product training, utilisation, and overall satisfaction of our customers. 


This month is a 10 month Maternity Cover contract.

  
In this role you will deliver a robust customer implementation and engagement strategy, driven by customer usage data and insights, with the aim of maximising renewal potential and reducing churn. You will be a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to schools to drive deep levels of engagement and usage.
    
What we are seeking in this person        
Ideally you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of account servicing experience with complex technology solutions
  • Experience is preferred in the Edtech sector and/or previous primary classroom teaching experience in the UK
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes
  • Ability to provide high-quality training to ensure teachers have the skills and knowledge to deliver 3P solutions. This training may be provided in person in schools, over webinar or other remote tech solutions as the circumstances dictate  
  • Experience identifying customer objectives and challenges, build trust and credibility quickly, and build enduring relationships
  • Experience creating action plans to grow and secure business, using data and reporting to drive opportunities for improvement and enhancement
  • Willingness to travel within designated territory as required

This role offers a competitive base salary and incentives. It is not a sales commission role.
