The Consumer Messaging Program team is responsible for Netflix-initiated messaging (email, push-notifications, in-app notifications). This includes end-to-end consumer-facing messaging strategy, messaging creation and performance. As a Messaging Performance expert, you will be responsible for the campaign reporting and analysis within the promotion and lifecycle portfolio.
You will:
Develop the messaging analytics roadmap based off the strategic campaign roadmap
Manage and define test strategies for messaging campaigns
Deeply comprehend the impact of team priorities on business outcomes
Propose new tactics, initiatives or optimization to consider based on historical results
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in analytics - ideally from an enterprise tech company within CRM, product, and/or merchandising
Highly proficient in establishing patterns and insights from complex data
Analytical thinker with strong communication and organizational skills
Thorough understanding of messaging channel metrics and standard messaging KPIs
Strong cross-functional partner; able to accurately represent the business/strategy with product, engineering, and data science partners
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently amid ambiguity
Strong, collaborative teammate who can build positive and productive relationships
Communicates effectively verbally and in writing
Great presentation skills and can explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand ways
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000-$370,000.
