Join our team as a Risk Operations Associate and be at the core of protecting our thriving community and enhancing the customer experience. In this critical role, you will analyze trends, develop preventative strategies, and work to minimize losses, directly impacting our global operations. Your day-to-day will include conducting in-depth fraud analysis to ensure the integrity of transactions and maintain strict compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

What you’ll do as a Risk Operations Associate
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of fraud patterns and propose proactive measures to mitigate risks and minimize losses.

  • Review deposit and withdrawal transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities to maintain the integrity of our credit card merchant accounts.

  • Ensure strict adherence to anti-money laundering regulations and uphold best practices mandated by the credit card payment industry.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to obtain necessary player documents, resolve disputes, and address billing inquiries promptly and effectively.

 

What you’ll bring   
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

  • Self-motivation with strong analytical skills and an interest in investigating potentially fraudulent behavior.

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts.

  • Ability to become licensed in multiple jurisdictions.

  • Experience with SQL is preferred, but not required.  

*Shifts will include weekends and evening hours

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is $20.60 - $25.75, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
