Job description

This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental U.S.

The Vice President – Advise (VP) is an accomplished cyber security and business professional with an extensive background in cyber advisory services responsible for management of a practice focused on delivering cyber services. The successful candidate will have broad experience as a practitioner, seller cyber of services and overseer of both onshore and offshore teams delivering services. The VP will create a vision based on strategic, technical and business knowledge combined with relational sales experience and applies that vision to support the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to clients.

The VP develops and provides a consultative and strategic vision for the practices under their leadership by leveraging experience from delivering and overseeing complex engagements. This leader establishes and leverages relationships with sales, partner, marketing and back-office teams to drive successful delivery of services with outstanding quality while maintaining operational metrics.


How you’ll make an impact:

  • Create and maintain a strategy through the company strategic planning process that is complementary to the organizational strategy. Drives the practices to achieve strategic financial and growth objectives. Monitors and analyzes performance and takes appropriate corrective action

  • Lead a team responsible for delivering projects across a number of cyber disciplines including threat, application security, data protection, identity and strategy and risk management

  • Drive organizational change while integrating, building trust and establishing a high performing team

  • Oversee a multi-million-dollar business scope as well as multi-level teams which include onshore and offshore resources

  • Responsible for the overall skills and capabilities of the delivery team to maximize quality, performance, and utilization

  • Support the creation of new services, including resource requirements, level of effort and deliverables

  • Inspire teamwork and collaboration while providing guidance and leadership to team members


What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required

  • Master's Degree preferred

  • More than 10 Years Experience in delivering and providing executive guidance and solutions across a number of cyber security disciplines required

  • More than 10 Years of high-level, high-growth management experience required

  • Relevant security certifications including CRISC, CISSP or CISM upon hire required

  • Expert knowledge in at least one discipline under management

  • Proven experience in a sales, non-sales, technical and consultative capacity in a complex cyber security environment

  • A working knowledge of all key areas of Information Security and proven experience delivering services across a broad range of disciplines

  • Ability to travel as needed
