Job Title: Product Marketing Specialist

Location: Candidate must be located in Canada or the USA. Our office is located in Toronto, ON, Canada, but the role is remote/hybrid/flexible.

About the role:

We're seeking a talented, driven Product Marketing Specialist to join our Product Marketing Team. In this role, you'll implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies, feature launches and beta programs. You'll craft compelling narratives about Practice Better, That Clean Life, and their core features—stories that deeply resonate with target audiences while staying true to our mission and tone. Working closely with the Head of Product Marketing, you'll connect our evolving product portfolios with growth initiatives to drive a cohesive strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives to align product marketing strategies with business goals while fostering seamless collaboration among product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Market Research: Analyze competitors and conduct market research to understand target audience’s pain points and industry trends. Apply these insights to shape product positioning and messaging.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and lead GTM plans for new feature launches, delivering campaigns that drive adoption and revenue goals for both Practice Better and That Clean Life.
  • Market Expansion: Contribute to GTM strategies to support growth into new market segments.
  • Storytelling & Messaging: Craft compelling positioning and narratives that showcase the value of Practice Better and That Clean Life's solutions to health and wellness professionals in private practice.
  • Process Optimization: Enhance systems to manage beta programs, streamline launch processes, and validate messaging through continuous testing and improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in SaaS product or content marketing; healthcare or health tech background highly preferred.
  • Exceptional writing and creative positioning abilities, with proven success in developing compelling product stories for specific target audiences.
  • Experience in building and executing effective go-to-market strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in practice management software industries is highly desirable.
  • Practitioner experience is a huge plus
  • Familiarity with Product Analytics tools like Amplitude or Pendo is a plus.

Within

  • In 1 month, you will ramp up on company knowledge while identifying and taking ownership of improvements we can make to our PMM system
  • 3 months, you will steer feature enhancement launches
  • 6 months you will be fully onboarded and steering new feature launches and own our competitive intel program
