Frontend Vibe Coding Lead

About the Role:  

As our Frontend Vibe Coding Lead, you’ll redefine how we build user experiences by blending technical mastery with creative intuition and AI-augmented workflows. You’ll lead the charge in crafting high-performance, visually stunning frontends using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS but with a twist. This role isn’t about grinding out code line by line; it’s about orchestrating AI tools, rapid prototyping, and trusting your instincts to deliver solutions that feel right.  

We’re seeking a visionary who thrives in the zone between structure and chaos, someone who can "vibe code" a feature today, and refine it into a scalable system tomorrow. If you’re obsessed with outcomes over process, love experimenting with AI co-pilots, and believe code should be as elegant as it is functional, you’ll fit right into our dynamic, remote-first team. 

What You’ll Do:  

• Lead with Vibe: Architect frontend systems using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, but prioritize speed and creativity- AI tools (GitHub Copilot, GPT-4, etc.) are your collaborators, not crutches.  
• Prompt Driven Development: Engineer precise prompts to generate, debug, or optimize code, then curate and refine outputs for scalability and maintainability.  
• Rapid Prototyping: Turn ideas into working features in record time, balancing "move fast" energy with strategic foresight to avoid technical debt.  
• Own the Experience: Design UIs that are as performant as they are beautiful, using tools like Figma and Framer to iterate with user feedback, not just for it.  
• Future Proof Systems: Evolve our frontend architecture to stay ahead of trends, whether that’s integrating AI-driven components or adopting bleeding-edge CSS frameworks. 

What We Need:  

• Technical Chops: 5+ years with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. You’ve shipped complex apps but now prefer to "conduct" more than code.  
• AI Whisperer: Proven experience with AI dev tools (e.g., Copilot, CodeLlama, Cursor, Replit ,Claude3, Vervel, etc.). Show us how you’ve used prompts to accelerate workflows.  
• Taste for Aesthetics: Your UIs are delightful- users feel the polish. You know when to follow design systems and when to break them for impact.  
• Instinct > Overthinking: You thrive in ambiguity, trust your gut, and can articulate why a solution "feels right" before the metrics prove it.  
• Systems Thinker: You understand the cost of "vibes" and know when to pivot from hacky brilliance to scalable rigor.
