Job description

Our client is seeking a results-driven and experienced Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion for our web application. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies focused on driving trial sign-ups and converting those trials into paid accounts. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a strong understanding of B2B SaaS growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end growth strategies to drive user acquisition and retention, with a focus on increasing paid user conversions.  
  • Drive trial sign-ups and activate users to utilize credits.  
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.  
  • Utilize SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility.  
  • Create and manage engaging content across multiple marketing channels.  
  • Actively participate in relevant online communities, such as Slack channels and forums, to build awareness and drive user acquisition.  
  • Analyze data, track performance, and generate reports to identify areas for optimization and measure the success of growth initiatives.  
  • Experiment with new and innovative growth marketing tactics to maximize ROI.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth efforts with product development and overall business objectives. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrable experience in driving not just trial users, but also converting those users into paid accounts.  
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and LinkedIn.  
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).  
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).  
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.  
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.  
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial approach with a passion for growth and continuous learning.  
  • Bonus Points: Experience growing a user base from near zero to significant numbers. 

Benefits

  • Salary: $3000-$5500/month USD
