Job description

As an IT Recruiter at Renmoney, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent to fill our technology-focused positions. Your primary focus will be to understand the technical requirements of various roles, engage with candidates, and facilitate a seamless recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, improve our recruitment strategies, and help build a team that supports our mission of financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage high-quality IT candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing guidance to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding for new hires.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future IT roles.
  • Utilize various platforms, including social media, job boards, and tech networks, to find suitable candidates.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in the tech industry to effectively source and attract the best talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and the overall recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to manage applicants.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a tech company or startup is a plus.
