About the job

Are you a strategic and analytical leader with a passion for partnerships and circular technology? We are looking for a Head of Sourcing France to lead and expand our sourcing operations in the French market, while contributing to regional collaboration across Southern Europe.

In this role, you will shape and execute our sourcing strategy for France, collaborate with commercial teams to support growth, and build long-term supplier relationships within the recommerce and trade-in space. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and sourcing partners in France, while also coordinating with colleagues in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Greece when needed.

This position reports to the Head of Sourcing Europe and plays a key role in driving Foxway’smission to lead the transition to circular tech across Europe.

Your responsibilities are to

• Develop and execute the sourcing strategy for the French market, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Build and manage strong relationships with vendors, key partners, and new sourcing prospects in France.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support commercial activities and drive sourcing volume.
• Prepare and negotiate tenders, offers, and contracts, and deliver compelling business presentations.
• Ensure excellent service and satisfaction for existing French partners.
• Track and analyze performance, providing insights and reporting for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to regional knowledge-sharing and collaboration with sourcing teams in Southern Europe.
