Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Design Lead. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Responsibilities:

Design and optimize user flows based on research, data, and behavioral analytics.
Conduct UX research, usability testing, and user interviews to validate hypotheses.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UX documentation for new features.
Work on engagement and retention metrics (retention rate, session duration, DAU, and user progression).
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, and client success teams).
Lead UX transformation initiatives to improve processes, enhance team efficiency, and foster innovation.
Adapt to change and drive continuous UX improvements in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements:

3-5+ years of experience in UX design and product development.
Strong expertise in user behavior analysis and data-driven UX decisions.
Experience in B2B product design, preferably in iGaming or SaaS industries.
Understanding of gamification, engagement mechanics, and motivation-driven design.
Proficiency in Figma, Miro, UX analytics, and A/B testing tools.
Ability to navigate change, lead transformation projects, and foster team adaptability.
Leadership skills and experience in mentoring designers are a plus.
English proficiency at B2+ level for communication and documentation.
Native-level proficiency in Russian for communication.
